How it works
Helping you reduce your labour costs, find highly skilled staff and grow your business
Step 1:
Advertise your position
We will advertise a position for you at a cost of £500 + VAT. This includes:
Consultation with our UK supervisor to find out what role you require
Identification of the most suitable recruitment routes and advertisement of the role
Creation of an appropriate job description together
Assessment of candidates applying for the position and creation of a shortlist for interview
Assessment of the salary requirements for the offshore staff member (usually approximately 40% lower than equivalent UK salaries)
Production of an interview template and support through the selection process
After that, it’s up to you if you take one or more candidates on. You may also be advertising in the UK for the same position to compare the quality of candidates.
At the end of the recruitment process, if you decide to take on a UK member of staff and not a South African one, that’s fine. Your only cost is the advertising fee.
Step 2:
Onboard your offshore team member
If you decide that the South African member of staff is right for your team, we will charge a recruitment fee of 2% for each of the first 6 months that the member of staff works for you. If things don’t work out and they leave before the end of the 6 months (for whatever reason), you will only have been charged for the months worked. Our recruitment fee includes:
Completion of the contractual paperwork required to employ the individual as a staff member via A4G Offshoring SA Ltd
Production of templates and guidance for ongoing staff reviews and salary increases
Support on any challenges you find along the way
Not sure how offshoring could work for your business?
We can review and organise your roles to accommodate an offshore employee
Many business owners think that offshoring won’t work for them because most of the roles in their business require site visits or physical presence. That’s a challenge we faced too. But one we got over.
-
• Identify the most common customer facing role within your business, identify all the tasks of that role and identify what tasks can be offshored
• Split the identified role into two distinct roles therefore producing the offshore role job description
• Assess your communication mediums for example, Microsoft Teams and telephone systems
“The process was simple from start to finish. From first meeting with Malcolm to taking on my offshore team member, it’s only been 6 weeks! .”
— Donna, Construction company
